With a career spanning Buenos Aires’ finest gastronomic venues, she has crafted signature tea blends and fermented beverages, launching her own organic infusions and kombucha brands in 2006 and 2018.

Since making Istanbul her home in 2021, Julieta has been on a passionate journey through Turkey’s rich terroirs, exploring its herbs, flowers, spices, and, of course, its incredible wines. Join her for an evening of discovery, flavour, and storytelling.
