Petraki Place IV is on the third floor – three flights of original marble stairs – of a grand and elegant 19th century building very near to Galata Tower. The building entrance is on a characterful cobbled street, packed with intriguing boutiques and cafés. A few floors up on the roof-top, a shared terrace has gorgeous views across Golden Horn to the Old City. You’re invited to take your drinks or meals up to the roof terrace any time you like, for a very special experience of the city.

It’s about 3 minutes walk to Sishane metro station, less than 5 minutes walk to Tünel funicular and a short downhill walk to connect with the tram for Sultanahmet. Famous Istiklal Avenue is less than 5 minutes walk up the hill.

The apartment opens into an airy and welcoming hall with built-in coat storage on one side and the dining room on the other. The living room with sofa, armchairs and flat-screen TV, is through double-doors right next to the dining room, together giving versatile and comfortable options for relaxing. The bay windows in the living room overhang the characterful street, so you can sit for coffee and enjoy life playing out below. The bedrooms have lots of charm, each with chic velvet headboards and high quality crisp white linens. The master bedroom, with large double bed, has a stylish en-suite shower room and this same bedroom connects to the third, small single bedroom, ideal for a child or close friend. This apartment is 130 m2 in total, with lovely vaulted high ceilings retaining original frescoes. The floorboards and panelled doors are all characterful restored originals and a few of the walls have been stripped back to their brick, giving a stylish yet cosy atmosphere. The bedrooms comfortably accommodate five people.

Guests will have the complete privacy of the entire apartment. The roof terrace, shared with all apartments in the building, is available for your careful use at any time.
